Allison "Ally" Frueh, also known as Allison Wanderland, is a fitness coach and tree-service worker from Austin, Texas, who founded the outdoor community Adult Recess and famously climbed a tree every day for 1,000 days. She made her Naked and Afraid debut in Season 18, which premiered in March 2025. See Naked and Afraid S18E3 "Return of the King".
