Naked and Afraid — Season 18

Season 18 aired from March through May 2025 across twelve episodes, filming primarily in the Philippines (five episodes), Mexico (three episodes), Belize (two episodes), Kentucky, and Illinois. The premiere "No Legs, No Problem" opened with Mandy Horvath in the show's first challenge featuring an adaptive-athlete survivalist, and the season closed with "Punched by the Prairie State" in Illinois.

Debuts included Amanda Wilson, Jonny Yates, Julian Seekins, Skye Selene, William Lee Barnett, Fernanda Perez, and Stephanie Beeson. Franchise veterans Laura Zerra, Steven Lee Hall Jr, and Andrew Forestell all returned for multi-episode arcs. Standouts include "Return of the King" in Kentucky, "Seventeen Stitches" in the Philippines, and the Belizean closer "Three is Not Enough."
