Naked and Afraid Fan Database is a free, open-source web application for personal note-taking. Notes are stored locally in your browser using IndexedDB or localStorage. We do not store your notes on our servers.

The Service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you create, store, or export using Naked and Afraid Fan Database.
• You must not use Naked and Afraid Fan Database to store or transmit: ul li Illegal, harmful, or abusive content li Copyrighted material without permission li Malware, viruses, or malicious code li Spam or unsolicited messages
• You must not attempt to: ul li Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code li Interfere with the Service's functionality li Overload servers or perform denial-of-service attacks li Automate access (e.g., scraping, bots) beyond normal use

4. Intellectual Property

Naked and Afraid Fan Database's Code and Design: Service is licensed under the MIT License. See GitHub Repository for details.

Your Content: retain full ownership of your notes. By using Naked and Afraid Fan Database, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display and process your notes temporarily in your browser session.

5. Advertisements (Google AdSense)

We may display advertisements on the Service via Google AdSense.

You agree not to:

• Click on ads out of curiosity or to increase revenue
• Encourage others to click on ads
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to view or click ads
• Place misleading elements near ads
• Label ads in a way that confuses them with content

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access and reporting to Google AdSense.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Naked and Afraid Fan Database is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for: ul li Loss of data (notes are stored locally — back them up!) li Service interruptions or downtime li Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages li Third-party content or links

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Abusive behavior
• Legal or security reasons

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
