Joe Brandl is a longtime Dubois, Wyoming resident who moved there in 1985 to work for Wyoming Game and Fish. A primitive-skills instructor and University of Nebraska-Lincoln Samuelson graduate, he became one of the oldest contestants to complete a 21-day Naked and Afraid challenge, filmed in Namibia, and later returned for additional Discovery appearances.
