Caesar Aliva is a Naked and Afraid survivalist who appeared in the 2018 episode Naked and Afraid S9E2 "A Screw Loose", where he and partner Leah Chandler were tormented by swarms of biting chaquistes in the Mayan jungle of Mexico. After Leah was medically evacuated due to a painful injury, Caesar continued alone through torrential rain and unrelenting insects.
