Naked and Afraid Apocalypse debuted in July 2025 with an eight-episode arc filmed in South Africa. Twelve survivalists, Alexa Towersey, Amber Hargrove, Frank Eytcheson, Joesph Prouse, Kelly Roske, Miranda Adams, Russell Sage, Steven Kelly, Steven Lee Hall Jr, Teal Bulthius, Waz Addy, and Wes Harper, took on a post-apocalyptic-themed format built around scarcity, gear salvage, and staged crisis events.

Episode titles include "Starting at the End of Days," "No Fury Like a Woman Thorned," "Dropping Like Zombies," "Stormageddon," "Triple Threats," "Hellscape Be Damned," "Caged and Enraged," and the finale "Armageddon Out." The Apocalypse subtitle marked one of the franchise's more theatrically-framed variants.
