Naked and Afraid — Season 13

Season 13 was a six-episode late-summer run airing between August 1 and September 5, 2021. Filming was split between Ecuador ("Baskets and Bullet Ants" and "The Death Ledge") and South Africa (four episodes including "Two is a Crowd," "USA vs. World," "Gag Me with a Turtle," and the finale "Buffalo Bait").

The season introduced Lynsey McCarver, Andrew Forestell, Aosha Wells, Brittany Wallace, and Ali Moxley to the franchise, alongside returning voices Fernando Calderon and Dani Beau. This was the last regular Naked and Afraid season before the network began shifting more of the franchise's runtime toward the longer-format XL and Last One Standing arcs.
