Naked And Afraid Savage — Season 1

Naked and Afraid Savage was a special seven-episode arc airing from April through June 2018, following Matt Wright on a solo 60-day challenge in South Africa. Wright, one of the franchise's most-appearing survivalists, took on the extended-format run alone in the Limpopo bushveld.

Episodes included "The Ultimate Savage," "Hunt or be Hunted," "Greener Pastures," "Impala Chic," "Dear Matt," "Lone Savage," and the finale "Up in Flames." The Savage subtitle came to signify the show's most-extreme individual solo effort at that point in the franchise, and the run cemented Wright's reputation as the network's go-to survivalist for high-stakes extended challenges.
