Naked and Afraid: Alone — Season 1

Naked and Afraid: Alone premiered in January 2020 with an eight-episode arc following eight survivalists, Ky Furneaux, EJ Snyder, Max Djenohan, Ryan Holt, Lacey Jones, Gary Golding, Kim Kelly, and Luke McLaughlin, each taking on a solo 21-day challenge in a different environment. Locations spanned South Africa (four episodes), Belize (two episodes), Bulgaria, and Ecuador.

Episode titles included "Man Up or Bow Out," "Gary of The Jungle," "Hunted and Haunted," "Blazed and Confused," "Max Pushed to the Max," "Lonely Like the Wolf," "Survive or Ky Tryin," and "Bugging Out." The season formalized the solo-only format that later fed into the Naked and Afraid: Solo spinoff and the Savage runs.
