Naked and Afraid XL — Season 10

XL Season 10 aired from May through June 2024 across eight episodes filmed in Colombia. Twelve survivalists, including returnees Christopher James, Lynsey McCarver, Cole Wilks, Malorie Ann, Nathan Martinez, Kaila Cumings, Shell Armogida, Heather Smith, and Terra Short, took on the show's "Proving Grounds" format.

Notable entries include "Enter the Proving Grounds," "The Badlands Bite Back," "Ticking and Screaming," "A Parasite to Behold," "Caiman Killers on the Loose," "A Camp Divided," "Big Group Energy," and the finale "Prove It or Lose It." The season leaned into caiman encounters, tick-borne illness storylines, and the reintroduction of several longer-format Naked and Afraid regulars.
