Naked and Afraid XL — Season 7

XL Season 7 was the first XL edition filmed in the United States, taking place in the Louisiana bayou across ten episodes from April through June 2021. Twelve survivalists, including EJ Snyder, Jeff Zausch, Matt Wright, Amber Hargrove, Steven Lee Hall Jr, Suzanne Zeta, Gary Golding, Lacey Jones, Ryan Holt, Rylie Parlett, and Max Djenohan, took on the swamp for the extended 40-day format.

Notable episodes include "That All You Got, Louisiana?," "Chomping at His Bits," "Gar-R-Done," "Gary Eats All The Things," "Itching for Revenge," "EJ's Ball and Pain," "A Bridge Over Swampy Water," "A Feast of The Eyes," "Cold Grudges Die Hard," and the finale "All In to Get Out." The season is remembered for the alligator gar fishing arc and for Gary Golding's outsized appetite.
